babyGROW Development Class runs in East Sussex and Kent, with classes in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Hastings, Ninfield and Hawkhurst. It's the only baby group you need, taking a holistic approach to your baby’s development and covering a variety of baby activities in every class.
At a babyGROW class you'll learn to communicate with your baby using baby signing, share exciting sensory experiences and relax together with a combination of baby massage and baby yoga. All the activities in a babyGROW class have been specially designed to promote your baby’s development and for you both to have fun! |
Class sizes are small and have a relaxed atmosphere giving you the opportunity to make friends with the other parents and babies.You can join the classes at any point during the term and as every class is different you can continue to come until your baby starts to walk. Classes last 45 minutes and follow the same structure each week with a new exciting theme every time.

Baby Signing
Through songs and stories we introduce baby to sign language. Each week we learn new signs for you to use at home with your baby. The signs we use are based on British Sign Language
| Sensory Experiences
Babies learn through their senses and new experiences, so each week we have different activities to stimulate the senses and encourage development. These include bubbles, water, parachutes, fibre optics, music making, and much more.

Exploratory Play
In the middle of each class, we break for exploratory play where your baby can discover with active play or just take a break whilst you have time to catch up with the other parents. Each week a range of toys and equipment are provided including ball pools, climbing blocks, jigsaws, play mats, inflatables and much more.
| Relaxation
After all the excitement, each class finishes with time for you and baby to relax. The relaxation activity includes baby massage, baby yoga and soothing music to help calm baby and teach you techniques to use at home.
